    I have had TV, Internet, and Home Phone from Bell Aliant, in NB. I also had a cell phone from Bell Mobility. I was receiving One Bill and paying for all at once. I got sick of their services thus have disconnected all the service but had to keep the Mobility due to contract I have. That was 4 months ago. Since the they keep saying that I will have my only from Bell Mobility but keep sending me Aliant Bill.     I am a Bell Aliant customer who for the first time in my 10 years of paying for communications services, has been frustrated beyond the point of belief and beyond what any customer in good standing should have to bare. There was an outage today (08/31) in my area (Halifax, NS) starting at about 4:30 pm AST and at the time of writing this email, approximately 2:00 am AST (on 09/01), I am still without internet service.     Our telephone service had been "bundled" under Bell Aliant. Bell Aliant had all sorts of personal information from us, including formal permission that both my husband and myself could talk about the phone account, which included various landline services for two residences, two cellular services, Expressvu and high-speed internet.     Do yourself a favour and do not under any circumstances deal with Bell Aliant. The company is only too willing to sell and pretend that they offer customer service when you make that initial purchase. Have a problem and try to access customer service. Those people that you can see in the stores cannot help you in any way shape or from. I wanted to cancel a pay as you go cell. I tried to do so that last year and was told that I had all kinds of credit that I would loose if I cancelled.
